The experience at Southeastern Idaho Bridal Fair will second to none. There are many ways to participate in the fair. We hope that you will take advantage of the affordable options that will help most in building your business. MANY WAYS TO PARTICIPATE - Unmanned Booths: This year we have added 7 unmanned booths. This will allow you to have a presence at the show, without having to be away from your business.
- Show Bag: This is actually two ways. First, have your logo printed on the bag that will get seen again and again. Second, have us stuff your information into the bags, that will be given to all brides at the show.
- Show Sponsor: If you are interested in this option, contact your sales rep for more details.
- Event Sponsor: We are planning several events at the show. If you are interested in sponsoring an event, contact us to see what is available.
- The Show Program This will give you additional exposure to a large audience. Every person, not just bride, will be handed one of these programs. Your ad will be seen. The prices for these ads are very affordable. Don't miss out. Reserve your ad spot today.
- GRAND PRIZE Drawing: This year we will be putting together a grand prize that will be something that everyone will want to enter for. You can donate items to this give-a-way. This will be another way you can promote your business. We will need all kinds of services, but only one per category will be accepted. Contact us before you miss out on this opportunity.
- The Bridal Fair Coupon Book - this will allow you to encourage brides to come to your booth and purchase your services at the show. Come prepared to book at the show. Also, and best of all, this is free to you.
Contact your sales person for more information about any of these options. At the show you will see a difference. Not only will the layout be smooth and effective, but it will be spacious. Throughout the show attention will be brought to your booth. Our show DJ will do "15 second features". This is a short "commercial" for your business. This is also free to you. You just have to send us what you'd like to say, and we will have it recorded for you to be played at the show. We have a grand prize that people must register for. Part of this registration will be a card that every vendor will be listed on and we ask that you initial this card as people come to your booth. THE CATERED LUNCH Be sure to let us know how many people you will need lunches for. You get two with your booth. Additional passes are $9.00. This lunch allows you to spend more time at your booth instead of having to leave the show for lunch, allowing you to have more contact with the prospects at the show. We hope that you enjoy it.
